ISPCE 2025 Presentation Only Submission Instructions, Templates, & Requirements

We invite Presenters to submit an Abstract and a Reviewable Presentation to ISPCE 2025's Microsoft CMT submission site.

  1. February 1, 2025
    Formal Paper/ Presentation Abstract Deadline

  2. February 24, 2025
    Acceptance Notification Deadline

  3. March 9, 2025
    Final Paper/ Presentation Submission Deadline

Initial Submissions (Deadline February 1, 2025) 

Presentation Only initial submission must include:

  • An Abstract of 50 words or less that summarizes the scope of the paper and explicitly includes the primary results (CMT allows up to 1000 characters, but we kindly ask that you make every effort to adhere to the 50-word limit)
  • A draft of your Presentation that includes enough content that the Track Chair can accurately evaluate the work's originality, value, and appropriateness for ISPCE 2025 

 All initial submissions must be uploaded to the ISPCE 2025 CMT site by February 1st, 2025.


Acceptance Notification (February 24th, 2025)

ISPCE 2025 Presentation Acceptance Notifications will be emailed on February 24, 2025. Submissions not selected may be invited to re-submit their work for ISPCE 2025/other PSES forums or be placed on the 2025 Wait List (CMT Status: Accepted to Wait List) and held in reserve in case of late cancellations. 


Final Presentation Submissions (Deadline March, 9th, 2025)

Accepted Presentations Authors are required to:

  1. Make any and all necessary changes to their presentation based on the Track Chair's feedback
  2. Add all author information & bio
  3. Convert the draft presentation to fit the ISPCE 2025 Presentation Template 
  4. Rename the final presentation in the following format: Presentation# X_Title_Final.ppt
  5. Upload the final presentation into CMT by selecting “upload revision
  6. Register to attend ISPCE 2025*

Presenters must submit their final version and complete their symposium registration by March 9, 2025**.

*A submission to ISPCE 2025 with confirmed acceptance implies your willingness to register and pay for the privilege of presenting your work in person at this year's event. 

*Please note to prevent delays in the publication and dissemination of the ISPCE 2025 program, no changes will be permitted to final submissions after the March 9th deadline, meaning whatever file is uploaded into CMT on March 9th, 2024, will be the one made available to attendees in the ISPCE 2025 Proceedings. Any changes made after this date may still be presented at the conference at the discretion of the TPC and Track Chair but will not be added to the program proceedings.
